Katherine Aab, 92, of Windsor, Co died Friday, January 6, 1995 at Windsor Health Care Center.

She was born August 5, 1902 in Denhoff, Russia to William and Katherine (Schwartzkopf) Lichtenwaldt. On June 13, 1920 she married William Aab in Windsor. He died November 5, 1975.

Mrs. Aab came to the United States with her parents in 1911. Her family settled in Windsor. She and her husband lived in Johnstown for a short time. In 1957 they moved back to Windsor where she had lived in the same house since.

She was a charter member of the Ladies Aid of Zion Evangelical Lutheran church in Windsor.

Survivors are two daughters, Helen Katherine Bailey and Geraldine Ruth Hoffman both of Phoenix, AZ; three sons, Ralph and Wilbert both of Greeley, and Howard of Colorado Springs; two sisters, Elizabeth Raber of Johnstown and Emma Morris of Yucapia CA; three brothers, Henry Lichtenwaldt of Fort Collins, Adam Lichtenwaldt of Redondo Beach, CA and William Lichtenwaldt of Denver; seven grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren; and three great-great Grandchildren. A son Harold Aab; and a grandson, Gary Aab are deceased.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, January 9, 1995 at Lakeview Cemetery in Windsor. Friends may visit from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, January 8, 1995 at Windsor Memorial Chapel.
