Green-Aalborg
At the Methodist parsonage at Jackson, Minn., on September 23, occurred the marriage of Miss Mabelle Green, whose parents reside near that place, and Floyd A. Aalborg of Estherville. The ceremony was performed by Rev. W. R. Palmer, pastor of the church.

Miss Neoma Thomas, of Welcome, Minn., was bridesmaid and Cecil Welde of Odessa, Minn., a cousin of the groom, was best man. Miss Edna Sabo of Estherville played the wedding march as the couple entered the room and took their places under an archway of flowers and a white wedding bell.

After the ceremony about fifty relatives and intimate friends partook of a splendid wedding dinner.

The bride is quite known in this city, having visited here frequently. The groom has a large circle of friends here, where he is in business with his father.

After spending a short honeymoon in this state and in Minnesota, the young couple will make their home in Estherville. We wish them a long and happy life and welcome the bride as a resident of our city. (Estherville Democrat, Estherville, IA, October 6, 1920)

The Rev. N.J. Aalborg of Fort Scott, Kans., arrived this morning to attend funeral services of Mrs. Floyd Aalborg [Mabelle Green Aalborg], who died in Fairmont, Minn. Burial for Mrs. Aalborg will be in Estherville. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, February 3, 1943)
