Miss Josie Aaron, 94, died Saturday, Nov. 20, 1999, at Emanuel Medical Center.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Poplar Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Jim Bellis officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Miss Aaron, a native of Bulloch County, had retired as a schoolteacher and was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.

Survivors include two nephews, Britt Aaron, Millen, and Nick Herrington, Swainsboro; and three nieces, Corlis Van Burean, Macon, Imogene Hammonds, Albany, and Celeste Manry, Edison.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at Peebles-Curry-Durden Mortuary, Swainsboro.
