Funeral services for Eunice Taylor, age 58 of Clarks were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 15, 1999 from the Columbia Chapel of Riser Funeral Home with Evangelist Danny Stephenson officiating. Interment was in the Old Bethel Cemetery at Clarks.

Mrs. Taylor, a homemaker, died Monday, September 13, 1999 at the Sat. [sic St.] Francis Medical Center in Monroe following a brief illness.

Eunice Lasyone Taylor was born on August 3, 1941 at Williana to the union of Jewel and Rosie Bratton Lasyone.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Waymond Taylor of Clarks; two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Jenan Taylor or [of] Clarks, and Rev. Gary and Debbie Taylor of Holly Ridge, LA; one daughter and son-in-law, Penny Sue and Kevin Thompson of Columbia; her grandchildren, Michael, Brandon, Hannah, Rebekah, Stephan Paul and Rachel Hope Taylor, Samantha, Seth and Jacob Thompson, and Todd, Clint and Landon McGrew; four brothers, Early and Burel Lasyone of Dodson; Waylon Lasyone of West Monroe, Pinky Lasyone of Columbia; four sisters, Grace Acreman of Grayson, Nita Jacobs of Sikes, Pauline Vines of Dodson, and Pat Lasyone of Lewiston, ID and a host of friends and relatives.

Pallbearers were: Michael Taylor, Brandon Taylor, Clint McGrew, Chris Lasyone, Shannon Lasyone, Burt Rogers, Steve Rogers, and Kerry Thompson.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Research Center.
