Joannie Brandon Abbott, 63, of Aydlett, NC passed away unexpectedly on October 23, 2017. She was born July 12, 1954 in Edgecombe County, NC to the late Norman Judson Brandon and Peggy Ann Hill Brandon
She was preceded in death by her sister, Evelyn Christina Brandon Bateman and three brothers, John Brandon, William “Bill” Brandon and Norman “Mike” Brandon.
She is survived by two sons, Gary Wayne Neal and Craig Allen Neal; two grandchildren, Dillon Phillip Neal and Katlynn Nicole Neal; three nieces, Candace Miller, Stephanie Bass and Bobbie Jo Parker; three nephews, Jay Leonard, Chandon Wayne Brandon and Mike Brandon; and many close friends.
She was a wonderful woman and a good friend to all who know her. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Laurel Memorial Gardens.
