The fourth child and second daughter born to Fortunato and Ildefonza (née Sebastian), Citang (pronounced Cee-tuhng) was friendly to everyone. Aside from visiting with family and friends, she loved crocheting and weaving. Having stayed single and with no children, she and her only sister Mating lived together in the same home where they grew up.
