Mrs, Annie Ruth Abbott, 72, of 602 Park Avenue died Saturday at West Georgia Medical Center.
Mrs. Abbott, a life-long resident of Troup County, was a member of United Congregational Christian
Church.
Survivors include :
1 daughter--Mrs. Barbara Bowen--LaGrange
1 son--Larry Abbott--Roswell--Roswell
1 sister--Mrs. Elsie Kelley of Pensacola, Fla
1 brother--James Polk--LaGrange
7 grandchildren
2 great grandchildren
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11am at Hunter Allen Myhand Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Bain officiating. Burial will be at Shadowlawn Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted but those desiring may contribute to the building fund at the United Congregational Christian Church or the Troup County Unit of the American Cancer Society in memory of Mrs, Abbott.
The family will be at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Roy Bowen at 107 Robertson Road and will receive friends at the
funeral home from 7 until 9 pm.
