An automobile collision in Montgomery, La., at 8 p.m. Thursday claimed a second life at 11:30 a.m. Friday when Mrs. Bell Aaron, 33, of Montgomery, died in Shreveport Charity hospital of injuries received in the crash.

Mrs. Aaron's mother, Mrs. Savannah Pender, 65, Montgomery, died en route to Charity hospital late Thursday night.

Mrs. Aaron and Mrs. Pender were injured fatally when the car in which they were riding, en route to an ice station, moved out onto the Shreveport-Alexandria highway and was in collision with another car.

In addition to her husband Mrs. Pender is survived by three sons [sic brothers], Ralph Pender of Montgomery, Frank Pender of Natchitoches, and Willie Pender of Otis; three daughters [sic sisters], Mrs. Della Jowers of Montgomery, Mrs. Leola Aaron Koonce of Texas, and Mrs. Delia Chellet [sic Chelette] of Montgomery, and 26 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today in the Mt. Zion Methodist church, with burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Mrs. Aaron is survived by her husband, Roy Aaron, and three small children, in addition to her father, [C. C.] Pender, and three brothers and three sisters. Funeral arrangements were incomplete.
