Deceased Name: Bobby T. Sutton

ROCHELLE - Bobby T. Sutton, age 77, of 1951 First Avenue passed away Sunday in the Pineview Health Care Center. Funeral services are 2P.M. Tuesday in the Rochelle United Methodist Church. The Rev. Bill Harris and the Rev. Steve Giglio will officiate. Burial will be in the Morningside Cemetery with military rites.
Mr. Sutton was born in Wilcox County October 4, 1926. He was son of the late Charles O. Sutton, Sr. and Minnie Louise Bagwell Sutton. He was a member of the Rochelle United Methodist Church where he was a former member and chairman of the Administrative Board. He was a US Army Veteran serving during WWII and the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the American Legion Wilcox post #71. He was a retired civil service employee at Robins Air Force Base and was a former member of the Rochelle City Council.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy L. Sutton of Rochelle; daughter, Dawn Sutton of Milledgeville; step-daughter, Reatha Mcswain of Pitts; brothers, Otis Sutton and Bill Sutton of Rochelle, Johnny Sutton of Macon, Floyd Sutton of Columbus and James Sutton of Madison, AL; sisters, Annette Abott of Vienna, Dorothy Terry of Pitts, Robbie Terry of Cordele, Marion Herring of Centerville and Alice Brooks of Oglethorpe.
Visitation is 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Monday in the funeral home. -In lieu of flowers, make donations to the Rochelle United Methodist Church, c/o Shelley Kelly, P.O. Box 472 Rochelle, GA 31079.
