Mildred Poole Morvan on Sunday, June 18, 2006 at Elmcroft Nursing Center in Charlotte, NC where she resided since Hurricane Katrina. Age 77 years. A native of Enterprise, LA and a resident of Port Sulphur, LA for over fifty years.

Beloved wife of the late Julius Morvan. Mother of Al Morvan and his wife Joy Morvan of Charlotte, NC, Connie Lincoln and her husband Lloyd Lincoln of Buras, LA and the late Mel Morvan. Daughter of the late Dessa McVay Poole and Nathan Poole.

She is survived by three sisters, four brothers and preceded in death by two sisters. Grandmother of Tricia Derr, Trevor Cannon, Clint Lincoln and the late Chris and Curt Lincoln. Great grandmother of Dominic, Jacob and Bryce Lincoln and Cooper Derr.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at CLARK-DUCOTE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 9611 Highway 23, Belle Chasse ( two blocks north of the Belle Chasse Naval Air Station ) on Friday, June 23, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. Rev. Gene Faurie officiating. Interment will follow in Nairn Cemetery.
