Minnie would later marry John Henry Adams, ca. 1950-51, after the death of his wife, Albia Jane (Simonds) Adams, in March 1950.
John would preceded Minnie in death in 1960 and would be interred along with his 1st wife Albia in Macon County.
Minnie died at Swain County Hospital as the result of cardiac failure.
She was 70-years of age.
