TOPEKA -- Funeral services for Mrs. Rebecca Ann Peer O'Neal, 38, San Bernardino, Calif., will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Wall-Deffenderfer Mortuary, with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Mrs. O'Neal died Sunday in a San Bernardino hospital, shortly after she was injured in a one vehicle accident. She swerved her car to avoid another vehicle.

Born Aug. 21, 1932 in Lawrence, Mrs. O'Neal made her home in Baldwin for several years, the returned to Lawrence before moving to San Bernardino in August.

While in Lawrence, she attended the Free Methodist Church and worked at Curtis 1000 Inc.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda, of the home; three sons, Roger, serving in the U.S. Army in Germany, Terry, of Lawrence, and Carl of San Bernardino; her mother, Mrs. Birdie Peer, Topeka; three sisters, Mrs. Birdie Slayton, Manchester, Conn., and Mrs. Alice Allensworth and Mrs. Mary Tostado, both of Topeka; and three brothers, James Peer, Topeka, William Peer, North Platte, Neb., and Charles M. Peer, Leavenworth.
